Before you write
Most account questions are resolved fastest when you include the memorial link, the email address on your account and a short description of what you expected to happen. Screenshots help a great deal.
If your message concerns a payment, please include the date and amount rather than any card details. We never ask for full card numbers, passwords or verification codes, and you should never send them by email.
Frequently asked questions
- How quickly will I receive a reply?
- Messages are answered in the order they arrive. Please allow a few working days, and include the memorial link if your question relates to a specific page.
- Can you help me edit or remove a memorial?
- Yes. The owner of a memorial can edit or unpublish it at any time from their dashboard. If you have lost access to the account that created a memorial, contact us with as much detail as you can and we will help where we are able to verify ownership.
- Do you provide cremation, burial or veterinary services?
- No. Pets Cemetery is a digital memorial platform. We do not arrange cremation, burial, transport or veterinary care, and we cannot advise on medical decisions.
- How do I report a memorial or a tribute message?
- Use the contact form and include the memorial link and a short description of the problem. Content that breaches our community guidelines is reviewed and removed.
Preserve their story
Add a photograph, a few dates and the memories you never want to lose. Your pet's memorial can stay private, unlisted or public — the choice is always yours.
